Chamomile: Chamomile are soothing and used for many human ailments such as allergies, oral ulcers and muscle spasms. The mild sedative effect help reduce anxiety, useful for brief mediation such as prior to public speaking to calm. 
 
Rosemary: rosemary is a significant antimicrobial plant with neuroprotective properties. Its extract can help fight bad breath and has effect on regulating mood and pain relief. 
 
Indian Trumptflower Seed: Indian Trumptflower seed is a natural plant expectoratant, good for sore throat, cough and helps to restore voice. 
 
Intrusctions: 
Add a teabag to a container, pour 300 ml of 85°C water. Brew for 3 minutes for a light taste, 5 mins or more for a stronger taste.
